The Entire weekend will take place in the 18,000 SQ FT Palms Ballroom with plenty of space for at least 2000 people.
The Wyndham is located 20 minutes away from the Orlando International Airport right in the center Orlando on International Drive. For Scheduled Shuttle Information to and from the Airport Please download this pdf
If you are traveling with friends it is cheaper to just take a cab from the Airport to the Venue. It is around 35 dollars total for a cab with up to 4 people each way.
CEO 2012 has blocked out 200 Rooms(The Hotel has over 1000 Rooms and 2 Gigantic sized Pool Areas) for the weekend at a special Rate of 79$(Resort Fee is included however taxes are not, final price per night INCLUDING Everything will come out to $88.88) Per Room Per night for up to 4 people. For the busy Tourist Season in June, this rate can't be beat by any of the other I-Drive Hotels.
You may want to consider booking from Thursday Night and checking out Monday Morning: Thursday will be setup day starting at 3 pm so there will possibly be early access for casuals while setting everything up. This is tentative for early visitors.
